You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. You may cancel an active bonus at any time, though doing so will forfeit both the bonus amount and any winnings generated while the bonus was active. Cancelled bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All Players must conduct themselves in accordance with principles of fair play and sportsmanship. The use of automated betting software (bots), collusion with other players, exploitation of software errors or loopholes, and any other forms of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and confiscation of all funds.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds display, all affected bets will be void and stakes returned. We are not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six months preceding the claim.
skin4d shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint fairly and promptly. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours of initial contact.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our standard support channels, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint via email, including detailed information about the dispute, relevant account information, and supporting documentation. Our management team will review escalated complaints and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
In the event of any dispute regarding transactions, bets, or game outcomes, skin4d's records shall be considered the final authority. All game rounds, transactions, and account activities are logged in our system with timestamps, and these logs take precedence over any conflicting claims or screenshots provided by players.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming operations.
